How do I know that the website is secure?
When you enter the payment screen section you will be in a secure webpage as shown by the padlock on the bottom of the screen or in the address bar. The page webpage address will also have been changed from http to https, where the ‘s’ stands for secure.
We do not keep or deal with your credit or Laser card details. All your details are handled by Realex Payments who are a certified and approved payment provider. Realex Payments take and validate your details and you are then transferred back automatically to our website to finish your transaction.
How do I know that you received my order?
We will send you an acknowledgement email as soon as we receive your order.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland costs €6.50 using Fastway Couriers
FREE delivery of orders above €150.

When will I receive my order?
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland addresses using Courier Service should receive their order within 3-5 working days.
How do I know if an item that I have ordered is out of stock?
If an item from your order is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or by email.
What happens if an item that I order is out of stock?
If an item that you order is out of stock, then when we contact you, you will be give the option of purchasing another item, getting a refund or waiting for the item to come into stock again. However we cannot guarantee when or if a specific item will be in stock again as this depends on deliveries from our suppliers.
What happens if I change my mind and want to return my purchase?
If you are not happy with your purchase and you change your mind, you have seven working days to return your order. It must be returned in its original packaging, the product must be unused and in perfect condition and in a resaleable state. You must pay for the return delivery charges.
If the product is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please contact us and return it as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement, repair or refund. We will refund the delivery charges in this case.
